At Chug Charm, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience. Please review the details below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered:

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and the expected delivery date.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping selection. If additional handling or taxes apply, those will be included at checkout.

Shipping Address

  • Your order will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please double-check your shipping details to avoid any delays or issues with delivery.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, changes to the shipping address cannot be made.
  • If the shipping information is incorrect or incomplete, any additional fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is undeliverable due to reasons such as an incomplete address, the customer not being home, or no secure delivery location, we will notify you via email.
  • The customer must contact the shipping company to arrange for redelivery.
  • If the customer does not contact the shipping company within the specified timeframe or fails to receive the package, it may be returned to us.
  • If the package is returned, we will issue a refund for the items (minus shipping fees). If we do not receive the returned package, we may require additional evidence from the shipping carrier to process the refund.

Shipping Carriers

  • We work with trusted carriers like USPS, DHL, onTrack, UniUni, Better Trucks and others to ensure reliable delivery.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities.
  • These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping costs at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or content. These restrictions will be clearly noted on the product page.
  • We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services.

Shipping Damage or Loss

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@chugcharm.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
  • If the item is damaged, we will accept the return and either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns and Exchanges

  • We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in unused, undamaged condition with all original packaging intact.
  • If the item is damaged during shipping, the return will be free of charge.
  • Restocking fees may apply to certain returned items if specified on the product page.

Cancellations

  • Once your order has been submitted and processing begins, cancellations cannot be made.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order at support@chugcharm.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delayed Orders

  • If your order is not shipped within 7 business days or is not delivered within 30 days, we will issue a full refund.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carriers. Please contact the carrier directly if your order is delayed.
  • Adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances may also cause delays, in which case, please reach out to the carrier for assistance.
